FAQ


1. Do you take commissions?

Yes! I occasionally take commissions, but am limited to how many I can take on in a year. Email me at brooke@brookly.com to get information on if your idea will fit my requirements for a commission. 

2. How can I know when new paintings are available?

Sign up for my email list on the bottom of my home page. I will send out an email first when new pieces are available, then I will update my social media accounts. Follow me on Instagram and Facebook @brookebowenart, or on YouTube (Brooke Bowen Art) to be updated that way.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Right now I only ship prints internationally. All purchases of original paintings will be refunded if shipping address is beyond the United States or Canada. Any extra taxes or duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you refuse the package due to extra fees and it is returned to us, we may only refund the price of the product (not shipping) after you have emailed us.

4. Can I custom order a Print in a specific size?

Right now we only offer prints in the specific sizes listed for sale. If you have any questions email brooke@brookly.com

5. What medium do you use?

Almost all of my paintings are done using Oil Paints. My originals are painted on a custom-made Linen canvas mounted on board.

6. How can I purchase a painting or print?

Look through Original Paintings and Prints in my website to add what you want to a cart. Once they are added you can check out through your cart. If you want a custom painting click on the Commissions link for more information. All paintings and prints that are sold out will be labeled 'Sold Out'.

7. What is your return/exchange policy?

All paintings and prints are final sale. Please email brooke@brookly for any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.
